RNZ: Kiwi aboard cruise ship hasn't requested consular help

NZ's MFAT confirmed a Kiwi remains on MV Hondius but has not requested consular help; embassies in The Hague and Madrid are coordinating. Non-Spanish passengers will be repatriated from the Canary Islands without mandatory Spanish quarantine.
