Press Democrat: Californian returns home from hantavirus-stricken cruise

One of two California residents from MV Hondius has returned home and is under daily symptom monitoring by local public health, with the second still aboard. CDPH director Dr. Erica Pan says risk to the general public in California is extremely low.
